Chef owner Martin Mcnair has a wealth of experience in the catering world. Having started his career at the Waldorf Hotel in London, he has worked at establishments such as the Michelin starred
restaurant Reads in Kent, the 5 star Halcyon Hotel, and the QE2 cruise liner.
After spending a few years cooking on tour with such acts as the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton and Janet Jackson, Martin then spent time at some of London's top event companies, gaining a wealth of
experience cooking for some of the most extravagant parties seen in the capital.
Most recently he was Head Chef for Oliver Peyton's company Peyton & Byrne before deciding to go it alone.
